Not only can you check the true availability of appointments online, but you can update your medical record and have all your information submitted before your appointment. We are trying to get rid of all that pesky paperwork. PLEASE HELP US SAVE TREES. EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 2012, WE WILL BE CLOSING ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAY IN ORDER TO TRAVEL TO SENIOR FACILITIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY. WE WILL BE CONDUCTING EYE EXAMS AND DELIVERING EYEWEAR DIRECTLY TO SENIORS PARTICIPATING IN OUR "MOBILEYES" PROGRAM. |
